Desiccated coconut is produced by drying prelimary treated coconut meat with different size at different fat content.
Depending on customer’s request, size of desiccated coconut is ranging from “Fine”, “Medium”, “Chip”, to “Flake”, fat content is also different based on customer’s request, it can be high fat, medium fat or low fat.
Besides that, coconut meat can also be treated to make coconut snack with flavour added.
Desiccated coconut is used in foods industry such as candy, cake, cookie, or dishes with coconut flavour.
