Coir mattress is made from coconut fiber rope which is natural origin. Coconut fiber rope is made by using coconut twisted string (4 or more strings into one rope). The twisting process can be done by machine or hand. Twisted string then will be weaved into matress with different sizes. - Normally length is at 10m, depending on customers’ request width can be ranged from 1-2.2m
